Compensation Trends in a Digital World

On March 20, CTHRA presented a Master Class at the American Cable Association’s Summit in Washington, D.C. The topic, “Compensation Trends in a Digital World,” focused on CTHRA’s 2017 MSO Compensation Survey findings. After the session, Ken Pyle of ViodiTV interviewed Hali Croner, CEO of The Croner Company, the firm that has conducted CTHRA’s survey for 20+ years. David (pictured at left) is a 30-year veteran of the telecom, wireless and cable industries, having held HR executive positions in organizations like MediaOne and Adelphia.
