2024 C2HR Comp Surveys Features 100+ New Job Positions
Participants in C2HR’s 2024 Compensation Surveys will see new job families and positions when they receive their data collection questionnaires this month. The Content Developers Survey has four new job families and 119 new positions, while the Connectivity Provider Survey includes two new job families and 16 new positions.
The refinements are the result of planning meetings that The Croner Company holds each January with C2HR Compensation Survey participants. Seventeen content and seven connectivity companies assessed positions surveyed with an eye toward retaining all relevant industry benchmark positions; adding new positions when several companies can match them; and eliminating positions that for the past 3 years have received few matches or are better represented in other surveys.
“Honing the position titles each year is essential to ensuring that the compensation benchmarks provided by C2HR’s Compensation Surveys remain relevant,” explained Parthavi Das, Executive Director of C2HR. “With unemployment levels trending at 3.7% for the past three months, it is even more vital to offer competitive compensation in this tight labor market.”
